Villagers
Portable villagers that level up as you trade, with lifespans and steep discounts.
Villagers have been completely overhauled. Vanilla villagers don't exist on Minter. They've been replaced by portable villagers with lifespans, unique trades and heavy discounts, all of which improve as you level them up.
Villagers come as head items. Place one anywhere (ideally in your base) and start trading. Every trade levels it up, and higher levels mean better trades. Punch a villager to turn it back into an item and move it.
Getting villagers#
Villagers are won by defending and completing Overworld ruins. Each ruin awards villagers based on its structure, and higher-tier ruins offer the most sought-after trades.
| Ruin | Tier | Villagers |
|---|---|---|
| Docks | ɪ | Sailor |
| Bakery | ɪ | Chef, Baker |
| Forge | ɪɪ | Armorer, Toolsmith, Weaponsmith |
| Alchemist | ɪɪ | Alchemist, Relic Collector |
| Cannon | ɪɪɪ | Pyrotechnic, Engineer |
| Library | ɪɪɪ | Librarian |
What's different#
- More capacity. Far larger trade limits with more useful restocking.
- Levels. Trading unlocks discounts on earlier trades and bigger limits, up to hundreds of emeralds every 8 hours.
- Lifespans. When a villager's lifespan runs out, it turns into an angry vindicator. Trade while you can.
